• Fees: advanced refundable deposit to ensure commitment.
• Survey Duration: Onsite survey typically lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours.
• Report completion: Initial report soon after survey. Complex reports take 2 weeks or longer.
• Our role is to identify the root causes of damp and effective treatment.
• We may need to see in cupboards, lofts, sub-floor & neighbour’s side.
