We use radio wave damp meters to trace damp and avoid wall damage.
We carry a 3M ladder and 5M monopole camera attachment to see roofs.
We may ask to see your loft, roof, sub-floor, neighbour’s side etc. (rarely required).
We make onsite safety, time, benefit based judgements.
We encourage occupier involvement and are happy to answer questions during the survey.
